On Feb 6, two consecutive earthquakes of 7.8 magnitude and 7.5 magnitude hit Turkey, causing a large quantity of people dead and injured. LGMG provided timely help to ensure the local residents to recover the normal post-disaster life and showed its care and kindness to people in need.

LGMG supported a local family of 8 people after Turkey’s earthquake, and paid their house rent for 1 year.

The family includes grandparents, parents, 1.5-year-old daughter, four-month-old son and mother’s two younger siblings.

The house that LGMG rented for them is located in Bursa, where they never have been before. The whole family were living in Elbistan pre the earthquake, a town and district in Kahramanmaraş Province in southern Turkey, as well as the epicenter of the disaster.

Sibel Aygül, LGMG sales manager in the Middle East, on behalf of LGMG, brought some daily necessities to the family members, extended the best wishes and good luck to them.

“LGMG provides us a home full of hope and love, which is a great relief for us in the difficult times. We whole family really thank the vigorous and timely support from LGMG,” said one of the members.
